Art and music celebrated in Shelby Saturday

Uptown Shelby will be the phase for three festivals this Saturday.

Arts on the Sq.

Buffalo Creek Gallery will host the once-a-year Arts on the Square with art and wonderful craft distributors from all-around the region.
