500 block of Marquis Avenue – A teenager was issued a summons for underage consuming on Sunday afternoon. Police were dispatched to the location right after obtaining a report of two women in black coats ingesting alcoholic beverages. Police say the teenager was witnessed going for walks absent from Prospect Park, slicing through backyards. A bottle of vodka was found in her backpack, in accordance to a report. She was unveiled to her father.
